Try to find foods that are easily digestible...rice, crackers, bread. Sometimes you need these things to settle your stomach. I've had stomach issues for years...it's not easy.
Use diaries to build up schedules in activities which give a sense of Achievement, Closeness to Others and Enjoyment. All three on an even balance. Do what you can manage - small and often to begin. Build on it weekly.
Good for you for seeing the positives! Important to remember those when you do get low and struggle.
